Add minced garlic and sauté until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add in media crema, salt, and pepper. Stir until warmed through. Mix in Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until smooth. Cook's Note: If you are using it as pasta sauce, mix in 3 tablespoons pasta water to thin out the sauce.
