Made it exactly like recipe said. Only exception was my cilantro was frozen, lime was dried out, added lime juice, used boneless thighs. I was pleasantly surprised that it was done in 30 minutes in the oven. This recipe is a keeper.
Loved this recipe. The chicken tasted amazing. The rice was delicious.
I tweaked it a little, didn't have a Dutch oven so I browned the chicken in a pan. Added some chilli's for extra heat.
I loved the recipe for the spices. I used an airfryer for my chicken so there were some modifications but I really appreciated the basic recipe. I love cilantro lime. Thank you
Very tasty! My jasmine rice cooked within the first 30 minutes! I followed the directions (but didn’t add the salt to the rice) but added the juice of a lime to the rice after it was cooked because cooking the lime juice loses the flavor. I also used chicken legs because that is what I had. Nice recipe. Will make again!!!
This is the most delicious cilantro-lime chicken recipe I’ve ever tasted! My husband loved it, too. Actually, I made it for chicken breasts instead of thighs, as I’m not a big chicken thigh fan. But, it was just potent with delicious flavor. The lime gives it a little tangy ness, and the cilantro softens the tang. Just scrumptious! You have to give this recipe a try!
