- In large Ziploc(R) Brand Bag, shake together all ingredients until evenly coated. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray; spread potato mixture out on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 400 degrees F oven for 45 minutes, stirring after 30 minutes.
- May be cooked over the grill. Wrap potato mixture in heavy-duty foil that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray - seal edges thoroughly. Place on grill and cook for 30 minutes then turn foil ' package' over and cook 15 minutes more.

Actually hubby made these instead of me. I thought that they were just a bit bland. Probably because I am used to using a packet of Dry Onion Soup Mix when I fix potatoes this way.
Quick and eay to prepare. I just used regular fresh ground black pepper. Also, used a Vidalia onion.
This is a great recipe that is easily customized to the amount of people you are serving, and the leftovers are great too!
Potatoes were finished in 25 minites. Very Nice. We used an allpurpose Greek seasoning instead of the garlic salt.
