  1. Mix together avocado, slaw dressing, salt, pepper, garlic and olive oil until well blended. Fold tomatoes, cilantro, bacon and onion into avocado mixture. Serve with tortilla chips.

Well worth the trouble. Best Avocado Dip ever!

This was quite tasty, but for some reason I didn't really dig the slaw dressing. It made the taste somewhat sweet which I thought was wierd. Maybe I will try it with less dressing next time.
