  1. Cool eggs and slice in half. Remove yolks and put in bowl; set whites aside. Add remaining ingredients to yolks. Mix until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Fill egg white shells with yolk mixture. Top with sprigs of fresh parsley.

I used "Marie's" coleslaw dressing and added chopped pimiento olives, skipped the green onions, and used chopped dill pickles instead of relish-- perfection! Will definitely make again. :)

I really like the taste of this one the dill pickle relish was a nice chnage from the sweet relish. This one is a keeper.
