  1. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a medium bowl. Fold in eggs, avocado, tomato, blue cheese and bacon until combined. Set aside.
  2. Layer each ham slice with some of the lettuce. Place a heaping tablespoon of the egg mixture at one end of each slice. Starting at the end with the filling, roll up each ham slice. Secure with a wooden pick.

Made these for Super Bowl Sunday. Even tho I'm not a huge egg lover, I was very geeked to make these by rollng them up in flour tortillas and serving them! They were good...interesting I'd say....

These were great! I used real bacon bits to avoid having to cook a pack of bacon. They were great, although I'd recommend making sure that your ham isn't too thin or they could fall apart when...

I made this as a wrap with a tortilla. It's excellent, very good. Don't use too much mayo though.

I love cobb salad and this is a great way to make it an easy ordorve/appetizer! one of those simple ideas you say, why didn't i think of that.
