Easy to make, easy to serve, and quite yummy! I did omit the cranberry topping but everything else was as instructed. I think this would be really good with cherry pie filling, too.
I sub'd peach pie filling and blueberry flavored dried cranberries as well as lower fat options and it was an amazing collection of flavors and textures that we just loved.
