Harvest Apple Streusel Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In small bowl, combine cracker graham cracker crumbs, butter and finely chopped pecans. Press evenly onto parchment paper-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese on low until fluffy. Add EAGLE BRAND(R) and eggs. Pour over prepared crust. Spoon apple pie filling over cream cheese layer.
  3. In medium bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cranberries and chopped pecans. Sprinkle over apple layer. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overbake.

I made this for work and they loved it. I did add an extra egg and left out the cranberries since I didn't have any. Other than that no changes and everyone wanted the recipe.

This quickly became my family's favorite Apple dessert. I've made it about 5 times now and it does not stay around too long. Easy enough to make, even easier to eat.

Can I make this with fresh apples ? I don't like apple pie filling .

Easy to make, easy to serve, and quite yummy! I did omit the cranberry topping but everything else was as instructed. I think this would be really good with cherry pie filling, too.

I sub'd peach pie filling and blueberry flavored dried cranberries as well as lower fat options and it was an amazing collection of flavors and textures that we just loved.

This is a good recipe. The one thing I would definitely change in the future is the crust. The graham cracker crust did not taste very good, as there was no sugar in it. It kind of tasted like...
