Apple Cinnamon Ice Cream

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until smooth; beat in EAGLE BRAND(R)sweetened condensed milk, applesauce and cinnamon until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan or other 2 quart container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Return leftovers to freezer.
