  1. Place 1 cup feta in the work bowl of a food processor; process until fine-textured. Add cream cheese, oregano and pepper; process until smooth. Scrape into a bowl; stir in remaining feta. Transfer to a serving bowl or storage container.

Tasty little spread. Would be even better with a little bacon or pancetta in it
