The Perfect Hamburger

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Shape into four 3/4-in.-thick patties.
  2. Grill, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink. Serve on buns with toppings of your choice.

It was average. Use a whole egg....have you ever tried to measure out a spoonful of egg...it doesn't work too well lol.

I was a little skeptical about the horseradish, but you can't taste it at all! Also, it's amazing how juicy my burger was. I bought meat that had only 8% fat and they turned out really great!

My family loves this recipe. I followed the recipe and added 1 tbsp of liquid smoke, and a clove of fresh minced garlic. My husband asked for it again tonight.

Not quite "perfect" but very good nonetheless. I left out the horseradish (not a fan), and I realized after I'd made the recipe that I used an entire egg rather than 1 T (which probably explain...
