  1. In a medium bowl, mix together Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw, hummus, and jalapeno peppers. Using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife, cut pita breads in half. Fill each pita half with 1 or 2 tomato slices and 1/2 cup of the broccoli slaw-hummus mixture.

Loved it! Just make sure you mix those jalapeno bits evenly throughout, because if you get a big crunch of those babies, they'll set you on fire.

Enjoyed this as lunch today. The secret is to make your own hummus, otherwise I think it would only be mediocre.
