Yellow Squash

I'm allergic to bell peppers so I did not use bell peppers but just the bacon in the squash and I added diced onion with a little salt and pepper it turned out really soggy on The Middle and quite chewy on the outside like it wasn't cooked but it also was very greasy and unfortunately even with the bacon it did not have much of a taste to I plan on giving it a try again but probably not immediately
