  1. Preheat grill for high heat.
  2. Fill a marinade injector with barbeque sauce. Inject sauce into each bratwurst until the skin is tight.
  3. Place bratwurst on the grill, and cook for 10 minutes, turning once. Serve on buns.

A friend brought some grilled brats over the other night covered with BBQ sauce instead of injecting. The flavor was tremendous. I never would have thought to combine barbecue sauce and bratwurs...

Very easy to prepare

Had this last night for dinner, and got rave reviews. In this house we love brats, and this is just another great way to prepare them.
