Double Peanut Snack Mix

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl combine cereal and peanuts.
  3. In small saucepan heat butter or margarine, JIF(R) peanut butter and cinnamon over low heat until butter and JIF(R) are melted. Stir until blended.
  4. Slowly pour over cereal mixture, mixing well.
  5. Spread out in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake in 350 degree F oven 10 to 12 minutes; stir occasionally. Cool.

I followed the recipe exact. I think it could use a mix of something besides oat cereal and peanuts. Maybe next time, I'll try this with pretzles and add some raisins or Craisins. As is, it stil...
