  1. In skillet over medium heat, cook pork chops in oil 6 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and pork reaches an internal temperature of 155 degrees F. Remove pork to platter; season with bouillon, garlic salt and black pepper. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, dill weed, and sugar. Serve sauce with pork chops.
