Garlic Prawns

Rated as 4.51 out of 5 Stars

"This is a great easy prawn marinade, they are great on the BBQ, we put them out as appetizers but they can also be a main course. I've also sauteed them with the marinade and used the sauce with pasta or just lapped it up with French bread! ENJOY."

I actually marinated the prawns, then sauteed them in butter and garlic. Afterwards, I reduced the marinade and put on angel hair pasta. It was excellent.

Pretty good Marinade. I also have to remind myself not to marinate too long because the shrimp turns out rubbery. I cooked this about 3 minutes a side and still overcooked it.

Great taste! I added a little more garlic too. I only had time to marinate for about 20 minutes and they still had a great flavor.

Only had time to marinate for 20 minutes but it was still flavorful. I didn't have lemon or orange so I added 1 tablespoon each of lemon juice and Sunny-D (all I had). It was still great!
