  1. Stir together cream cheese and spinach in a large bowl; mix well. Gently fold in Gorgonzola crumbles. Shape cheese mixture into a ball. Roll cheese ball in slivered almonds. Wrap well; chill until firm, about 1 hour.

Loooove this! My husband's aunt made this for our wedding reception (per my request) and it was a hit! Everyone loved it! Definately reccomend it!

I used fresh chopped spinach instead of frozen (husband preference) and even though I hate this cheese and wouldn't eat it...hubs loved it! I thought it might need an herb or more seasoning but ...

An hour didn't seem long enough to firm it up. Spinach wasn't chopped up enough, made it difficult to eat
