Fried Sweet Potatoes

Great recipe with some modifications. I peeled and sliced my potatoes before boiling for 5-6 min. While they were draining I melted 1 stick butter in the pan and added 1/2 onion sliced thinly, then added a dash of cinnamon and only 1 cup loosely packed brown sugar. After a few minutes I tossed in the potatoes and let them cook another 5-10 min. Everyone liked them!
