  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is evenly brown and onions are tender. Drain grease.
  2. In a pot, mix the beef and onions, minestrone soup, pinto beans with jalapeno peppers, and diced tomatoes and green chiles. Season with garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 1 hour.

This turned out pretty good. I do think I used the wrong soup though. The recipe did not specify and I just assumed the condensed version. I had to add water to get it soup consistency. Now that...

Simple and quick. Spicy, but that's easy enough to adjust by using regular pinto beans or diced tomatoes with no chilis.

This recipe is so easy, yet so impressive!
