  1. COMBINE nectar, broth and cream in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; add pumpkin, sugar, cumin, chili powder, coriander and nutmeg. Reduce heat to low; cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Garnish with cheese.

This is my favorite pumpkin soup!

This is a great soup. This is definitely a fall soup but don't let that stop you from having it year-round.

I made a few subs on the recipe (apple sauce, vegetable broth) but it turned out pretty good. Tasted like it wanted a bit of something, however, so I'll have to experiment to decide what.
