I used to work as a bartender, and noticed that Christine was looking for a recipe for the B52 Bomber on the allrecipes.com recipe exchange. A subtle blend of coffee, orange, and Irish cream create a memorable and festive cordial.

This is an awesome drink shaken or layered. A friend of mine during my waitress days made a version we called a "Beam Me Up Scotty.' You substituted Wild Turkey 101 for Grand Marnier chilled with ice strained and drank it quick before th 101 curdles the Bailey's. Yummy. But practice moderation or you will "boldly go where no one has gone before." Read More

I tried twice to layer this shooter. Both times when I tried pouring the Grand Mariner over the Kahlua (using the back of a spoon) the Grand Mariner would mix with the Kahlua. I only achieved 2 layers, Kahlua-Grand Mariner and Baileys. Read More
