Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. COMBINE flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by well-rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  3. BAKE for 8 to 10 minutes or until centers are set. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

These are the best cookies ever!!!They do come out a little soft and are fragile, but they are moist....like something you would buy at Mrs. Fields cookie stands.

I had to add a little water to this as the dough was really thick. Otherwise, they were GREAT!!! I used Mexican Vanilla and it added an extra yummy flaovr. Took these to a meeting and got rave r...

These are awesome. I made them as the recipe states but only used peanut butter chips. Yum! What a hit.

Delicious, but I may add even more peanut butter next time for a nuttier taste! They are great for people who like a cookie on the "cakier" side.
