Cowboy Casserole

This reciped turned out very well. I made some big changes to suit various dietary preferences (used Morning Star "ground beef" and left the bacon and biscuits out, which I was concerned about doing) but it was very tasty. It reminded me of a sloppy joe with a mesquite twist. It was even better the next day. Cooked as it was without the biscuits, we just ate it plain with a fork, but it would be great on buns. Thanks!
