  1. PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. COMBINE flour, salt and baking soda in small bowl. Beat butter, sugar, Nestle Nesquik and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  3. BAKE for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

These taste like sugar cookies with a hint of strawberry. I decided to jazz them up with a Hershey kiss on top, a la the classic cookies Peanut Butter Blossoms. Without the Kiss on top, I would ...

I made these for an event with a pink theme. They were fairly good with the slight taste of strawberry from the Nesquik, but not my favorite cookie recipe. Will probably not make them again.
