  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. Lightly oil grill grate, and place onion on grill. Cook until slightly blackened.
  2. Dice onion, and combine with mango, garlic, habanero, cilantro, and apple cider in a mixing bowl. Season with salt to taste.

This is a real crowd pleaser and always the first to go at our barbeques and pool parties. I omit the habanero peppers because the kids don’t like them but it is still fantastic.

With good quality mangoes, this is to die for! I sauteed my onions in a pan instead of heating up the grill.
