Garlic Lime Chicken

  1. Wash hands. Place chicken in resealable plastic bag. Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard. Reserve 1/4 cup marinade. Pour remainder over chicken in bag. Toss to coat well. Wash hands. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. Drain chicken; discard leftover marinade. Sprinkle chicken with pepper.
  2. Spray large nonstick skillet with butter-flavored cooking spray and heat over medium. Add chicken and cook about 6 minutes on each side or until done (internal temp 170 degrees F).

  • SERVING SUGGESTION: Drizzle chicken with reserved marinade. Serve with pasta and vegetable medley. Refrigerate leftovers.
  • TIP
  • To grill chicken, cook over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. To substitute Tyson Individually Fresh Frozen® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, simply increase cooking time by about one-third.

very simple and very good and low fat! We sliced the chicken after cooking and put on top green salads. very good.

I used only half the amount of soy sauce,and thought it tasted just fine. It was a bit difficult to taste the lime,though.

I used fresh squeezed limes, lime chunks, and lime skins in the marinade and it was really lime-y. Yum!
