This recipe is easy, fun and good for kids.
This recipe is easy, fun and good for kids.
This was a huge hit with the boys. I was able to make each one their own personal "egg flipped over" with their own favorite cheese. My husband said this is almost as good as an omelette! I served this with home fries and homemade vanilla-glazed chocolate doughnuts. Very satisfying breakfast for my three men.Read More
There was too much milk in these eggs. It was so soft that I couldn't flip it over in one large piece, and I had to fold it over. I would use only half the amount of milk or just leave milk out entirely. They take longer to cook than stated.Read More

This is absolutely the best egg recipe. It's very easy for kids to make and it's delicious! I'm not just saying this because Cristiana is my favorite niece either! She's well on her way to becoming a terrific cook!
Great recipe! I add just a bit of both onion and garlic powders. Perfect on an toasted English muffin with a slice of Canadian bacon!
One word....Y-U-M-M-Y!!! I made this for my 4 year old son who does not like eggs and he gobbled it up and asked for another. The second time I made it, I sliced up honey ham lunch meat and whisked it into the egg and milk and he really liked that. He asked that next time I make it with bacon. This is perfect for us to because he stays home full time and is an only child so I can make this small and quick! Thanks for sharing. Kim
My kids love their eggs made this way. Thanks
I'm 13 and I made it for my 3-year-old brother and he ate it all up! Its really good
A great, easy way to serve eggs.
Very easy. A good basic egg recipe. I put these on bagels with sausage and made sandwiches.
Very good. I make this as a sandwhich. I use american cheese. This is like a moons over my hammy at the resturant I work at. I like a meat added to mine. Ham is a good choice.
I used a slice of American. I make as directed but also just fry the egg and flip and place cheese also. I have taught this recipe to my children also.
Easy easy egg and cheese omelet. I used a slice of american cheese instead. My son used swiss on his. Yummy!
I only have a large frypan so I doubled the recipe...ate it all though! Don't forget the salt and pepper.
Pretty good. I suggest salt and pepper
By my own fault mine ended up being scrambled eggs....very cheesy scrambled eggs. But it was very tasty!!
I added garlic & fresh ground pepper. Mine didn't flip over very well but still tasted great. Add hot sauce & 4 cheese Mexican blend. Yum. Thanks!
A great recipe for a beginner cook like me, I liked it and I will cook it again! Next time I'll think of what other contents I can put in extra.. Thanks for the recipe!!
Easy, quick and delish! This is a nice change from scrambled eggs. This would be great to roll up with link sausage inside for kids!
VeRy Good. I did not add milk.
great tasting...but i kinda messed up on flipping the egg. make sure your heat's on med/low when you make this. i also added salt and pepper for taste. yummy
Add salt, pepper and instead of milk, I use water.
Yummy! Neat recipe! Added salt and pepper and transferred the egg flipped over to a toasted, buttered everything bagel for a nice fried egg sandwich! Great, easy recipe!
For a kid's recipe, I will give this 5 stars. My 2 year old gobbles is up, and even my egg-hating 4 year old ate it. I would suggest using a small skillet, the first time I made it in a large one and the egg spread out too far. Thanks for the idea!
Good, quick easy! Good way to get rid of eggs in the fridge.
easy, but nothing special
Very easy and good. My daughter and I enjoyed eating these. I can hardly wait till she gets a little older and can start helping mommy out in the kitchen!!
This is tasty! Just one thing to remember, if you make more than one of them, turn the heat down a bit and add more butter. The first one came out way better than my second, but it's a easy, tasty breakfast none the less!
Kind of like an unfolded omelet. As long as there's cheese on top my kids love it!
Great beginner recipe to teach kids or adults some kitchen basics. My kiddo loves whipping these up on his own for breakfast. Sometimes he folds it up to fit it on his english muffin for a sandwich.
Fun recipe. Wasn't sure if the author intended you to flip the egg onto itself or over completely in the pan. I went with completely over. Broke up the cheddar slice into crumbs so they would melt easier and garnished with fresh snipped chives. Best to cook on low heat so as not to brown the egg.
There was too much milk in these eggs. It was so soft that I couldn't flip it over in one large piece, and I had to fold it over. I would use only half the amount of milk or just leave milk out entirely. They take longer to cook than stated.
So I sort of glanced at the ingredients and didn't even bother reading the directions. I only had grated cheddar cheese and probably not even a tablespoon at that...gave it a pretty nice crunch. I didn't even read that I was supposed to scramble the eggs with milk either but somehow it worked out.
A very simple recipe for those just beginning learning to cook. Be creative and add a pinch of cayenne pepper, garlic powder or paprika.
This is a nice quick little recipe and my kids now ask for it all the time. I added salt/pepper and followed recipe exactly. It literally takes 10 minutes and you can use any cheese that you prefer or leave it out completely.
We didn't flip it over properly, so ours came out a little more rounded than flat, but this was a fun, easy recipe to make with my four year old. She enjoyed helping to crack the eggs and flip it (with supervision).
An easy recipe for any beginner cook. No complaints!
PURE GENIUS !
Simple and delicious! The whole family enjoyed this for a quick and easy breakfast-yum! Thanks for sharing
Great recipe for a beginner cook. I added salt and pepper to my beaten egg and it needed that. I also had a bit of trouble flipping it over as another reviewer mentioned so I'd probably cut back on the milk next time.
