  1. In a large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Add the hash browns; cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl; add hash browns and stir gently. Cover and chill until serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

We Loved it... I modified it though... I added maybe a teaspoon of sour cream, 2 tbsp. mayo, 1 tsp of mustard, 1 tbsp of honey mustard, 2 tbsp of sweet pickles and 2 tbsp of sour pickles, salt, ...
