  • Place remaining butter in a microwave-safe bowl; cover and microwave on high for 50-60 seconds. Stir in broth, onion and seasonings. Pour over bread cubes and toss to coat. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 6 minutes, stirring once.

I used this as a filling for Turkey and Stuffing Rollups (thank you, Pinterest!). I used day old whole wheat bread and organic chicken broth. I did throw in some fresh minced garlic. I think this was an okay recipe, it suited the purpose I needed it for. I think if I were to make this again, I would add in some chopped celery and I would saute the vegetables first before adding them to the stuffing ingredients. Read More
