I was real satisfied with this. The only thing I did differently was instead of microwave I baked it 450 for 35min. and used Bisquick biskets for the bread crumbs. I will use this recepie from now on... thank you for this one!! Read More

My teenage son is a picky eater...he loves to eat, but if it doesn't come in a wrapper with fries, he's hard to get to try new things. This recipe was a real hit! As for me, it literally took me 15 minutes to prep and within 30 minutes it was on the table. I did roll a slice of swiss cheese with the ham, and I also added about an extra 1/4 up swiss cheese when I made the sauce. The sauce was really delicious, especially with the white wine. My son asked me to make it again. A definitely "keeper". Read More

I actually pulled two recipes for this dish off of allrecipes.com to make. I will have to say, this was was by far way superior to any other that I've ever tried in the past. Can you believe I even went so far as to pan fry them in peanut oil -- (copy cat recipes from a well known restaurant). This was simple, VERY tasty, easy to prepare... Next time I will use a LITTLE more swiss cheese on the inside because they inevitably leak a little. Sprinkling a little parmesan cheese on top before serving adds a nice little touch. I served this with some asparagus with dijon cheese sauce and an apple/cranberry tart for dessert. Was fabulous! ;) Read More

Great recipe! This was easy to make. The only things I did different are 1)used instant potato flakes instead of bread crumbs since I didn't have any, 2)used 2 slices of ham instead of 1, 3) baked at 425 for 25 min instead of microwave, and 4) used 3/4 cup of shredded Italian blend cheese. Even with all these mods, it was fantastic! Read More

I made this recipe and it was insanely delicious. I didn't add wine or brothto the cheese sauce because I didn't have any but it was still excellent! I used precutthin cut breast fillets. Six came in one package. I ate all of them within two days. Read More

Delicious! The sauce is reminiscent of a fondue sauce and the chicken turned out perfect! And the best part of all, it's all made in the microwave. My only complaint was that most of the bread crumbs came off of the chicken, but it was wonderful nonetheless! Read More
