  1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Set aside 1/2 cup for basting; cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade into a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container; add pork and turn to coat. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
  2. Drain and discard the marinade. On metal or soaked bamboo skewers, alternate pork and green peppers. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 6 minutes, turning once. Baste with reserved marinade. Grill 8-10 minutes longer or until meat juices run clear, turning and basting frequently.

I cant get over how this combination of ingredients make such an outstanding merinade. I used pork from center cut chops because that's what I had, it was still a tender choice of meat. I follow...

I make this all the time and it's really popular with everyone! But I don't usually make it as kabobs - I just save half the marinade to use as sauce, marinate the pork in the rest and then fry...

I can't believe more people haven't made this tasty dish. It was fantastic!!! We love the flavor of this. So delicious!! Don't let the ingredients stop you from trying this. It reminds me of Tha...

We didn't have the time to make kebobs and marinate the meat. So, instead, we sliced the pork very thin and sauteed it together with the sauce. We served it over rice and it was just like an A...

I put this on skewers and broiled it in my oven, it was a great flavor!

I used a combination of peppers (red, yellow, orange & green) and added some red onion too! Very flavorful!

This is now my favorite marinade for pork, so good if you marinate overnight!

These are fun. Very different flavor but good. Remind me of chicken satay in a Thai restaurant.
