Lemony Caesar Salad

  1. In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt if desired and pepper; mix well.
  2. In a salad bowl, combine romaine and cheese. Drizzle with dressing; add croutons and onion if desired. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Good salad, as others have said, but not very caesar-ish. It was easy and simple but very flavorful.
