This casserole is simple and tasty. I made a few changes. I used three cheese tortelloni and added about 4 oz of pepperoni. I added about a half cup of parmesan cheese as well. Read More

Excellent! What and easy dish to make!! I too used 3-cheese filled tortellini and added apprx 4oz pepperoni slices. I also used 1/2c red and green bell pepper, chopped, some fresh sliced mushrooms(mixed right in). Also, sprinkled half the moz cheese and 1/4c parmesan cheese also in with the mix and topped with the remaining mozarella cheese. Next time, I might try sauting the veggies (adding some onions) with some white wine before stirring them in, but all in all, this is a great dish! A "spaghetti-like" meal so just add what you think tastes good! Thanks Buitoni for posting this basic but tasty recipe! Read More

I did exactly as DREGINEK suggested, except I did sauteed the peppers and mushrooms first, and it was fantastic. I highly recommend that you try it this way. I used 1 small package of three cheese tortellini, and 1 small package of cheese and mushrooms tortelloni, and it was great. Followed schmerna's suggestion and cooked sliced pepperoni in the microwave on a paper towel, 15 seconds at a time until mostly cooked and most of the grease had been released. The pepperoni really makes the dish!!! Wish I had leftovers =(. Read More
