These are VERY GOOD. I sprinkled a little extra grated cheese on top when they were cooked! Delicious!!
Tasty! There were a lot of suggestions out there. Here is what I did. I kept to one box stuffing mix and the full amount of broccoli and it was fine proportion-wise. I did use only 4 eggs though and only 6 T. of butter. They turned out great and I would recommend this combo for anyone wanting to maximize flavor and health. If you have skinny hips and don't care - feel free to add the full butter!
An easy to prepare inexpensive delicious little appetizer that people LOVE! Thanks so much! I increased the amount of parmesan and used only about 14 cup of minced onion. Everyone raved and they were all eaten in a flash!
This is the most requested appetizer I've ever tried. Even my picky-eaters love this recipe.
Loved these! Made them for Superbowl this year they were a big hit. I will be making them again and again.
Yep YUM! And crispy! No salt used garlic powder. 1/2 C. Butter only 2 eggs (might use 3 next time) and used 3/4 C. Parmesan 3/4 C. Cheddar. Delicious! Course black pepper adds a kick. A shake of basil adds depth as well. Baked for 17 minutes and they came out crisp and perfect. Boyfriend loved it and he's not a stuffing lover. I'll keep this one for the next finger food appetizer I need!!
Way too much margarine (fat) so they come out greasy and obviously not a real healthy appetizer. I recommend a Zucchini Cheese Garlic Appetizer found in Allrecipes by NorthernLights. Much tastier and moist but with much less grease!
I've made these for years and are always a hit...even with people that don't care for broccoli. I don't cook the broccoli first tho...just thaw and mix as directed...also...I use herb stuffing mix not chicken and add a little extra cheese... yummy!
Awesome! These were the first thing to be gone at our potluck. Made exactly as recipe states. Thanks!
I had such hope for these but they just weren't a hit here.
