  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Add sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.

  • Spread thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust. Place strawberry slices on glaze and cover with remaining glaze. Gently spoon cream cheese mixture over glazed berries.

  • Cover with inverted dome and chill until set; at least 4 hours. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Tips

Soften cream cheese in microwave on high 15 to 20 seconds.

Thia is really good. I used chocolate graham already prepared pie crust, added fresh blueberries to the fresh sliced strawberries. This pie was a hit with my entire family. I did use the strawberry glaze, also. Read More

My family and friends love it! I get requests all the time. The only thing I change is the glaze. I used Strawberry Preserve Jam which works just as well. You can also use it for other things like biscuits! I also up the cream cheese, for one pie I use a block and a half, so I think 12 ounces. The cream cheese flavor kinda gets lost if you dont do that. But these are minor changes, the recipes is still easy and GREAT! Read More
