The Juiciest Hamburgers Ever
My husband prepares these burgers throughout the grilling season--they are incredibly juicy and flavorful. Great served with corn on the cob.

Fixed this tonite as a hamburger steak & served with 4 cheese rice for hubby, cottage cheese for me & pickled beets for both. Broiled the patties in the convection oven. It turned out great & we both loved it. Also, the meal was very kind to my diabetes. Will be sure to have it again.

These made for yummy hamburgers...just not the juiciest hamburgers ever.
I ended up marinating these for an hour. We really like the flavor but they weren't any juicier than reg burgers.
This is my favorite hamburger recipe by far. The flaver is really great. I haven't grilled these yet but I'm sure they'll be great then too. Edit - I have made this at least five times since my previous review and have made other hamburger recipes. This is still the best, haven't even tweaked the recipe!

The burgers are very good but they tend to fall apart on the grill. Rather than marinade them in the juice mixture, I added 1/4 cup of it to the beef and added a slightly beaten egg and some bread crumbs to keep them together on the grill.
With all the rave reviews, I thought this would be much better than what my family ate. I think it's because I didn't use the onion salt and used some chopped onion instead, which made the burger not seasoned enough. I'll definitely make sure I generously season next time. However, they were indeed very juicy!
Made as per recipe, we found no improvement in juciness or flavor over our usual burgers, so I added the leftover marinade to more ground beef, formed patties and chilled for about an hour. These were somewhat more moist and had more flavor, but still didn't impress. Thank you anyway Caliboo.
Real good and I thought they were juicy. I used onion powder instead of onion salt and added just a pinch of regular salt.
This burger didn't do it for me. I am not a beer drinker and that is all I could taste. My recently turned 21 year old did enjoy it. Had a litttle trouble keeping the burger together while grilling. I think it was from sitting in the marinade. I will try this again - adding the ingredients I do when making my burgers and then soak it in marinade.
I thought it was alright but, I of course used 90% lean meat so that could possibly be why I didn't think it was all that great.
I made this recipe using Coors Light because that's all we had in the fridge. Had the butcher ground some sirloin for the patties and marinated them longer than called for - about an hour. They came out so deliciously juicy. Me and my boyfriend were impressed. Will be making these again with a better quality beer.
Just tried this recipe and it was great!! My husband is the picky eater of us two and LOVES hamburgers. I was worried he wouldn't like it, but it turns out that he LOVES this recipe! Very flavorful. Delish!!

I made these because I was looking for a different flavor in a grilled burger. This seemed simple and I had all the ingredients. However, I didnt really like it that much. The patties fall apart and were hard to work with, while the burgers didnt really seem to taste much different than just plain on the grill.
Made this recipe three separate times. Last night I did a side by side comparison of my usual recipe vs. this one. The other patty was made using dry ingredients and turned out more juicy than the patty that only had the marinade.
For our recent cookout, we prepared half of our burgers with this method and half without the beer. They all turned out good but neither were juicier than the other. I also had trouble tasting the beer in it. Next time I think we'll just omit the beer and add some cheese instead.
no different than plain hamburger like other reviews said they very hard to flip even with egg and breadcrumbs they wanted to fall apart on grill
If you want juicy burgers, make sure that the minimum fat content is 15%. The beef should be 80% or 85% lean. I don't use beer; I use light cream as James Beard suggested. Eat these over a bowl.
Absolutely the best recipe for tender, juicy, flavorful burgers. Didn't change a thing.
This was the best marinade ever! My burgers were so moist and savory...I will always use this recipe when grilling burger patties!
Delicious!! Added salt and pepper and some diced onion. This will be my go to burger recipe!!
So juicy and flavorful. Made twice in one week! I did use low fat beef and they still came out juicy.
I have no idea why but this works, but it definitely does the trick. When I made it the second time, I replaced the water, salt, and pepper with Worchestershire sauce and Montreal steak seasoning and added an extra 1/2 tsp. of salt. It was even better the second time.
This burger definitely lives up to its name. Other than switching out onion salt for onion powder it is perfect as written.
The burgers started to partially disintegrate after about 20 minutes. The flavours were okay and yes the burgers were moist but I don't think that I would make them again
Just a question what beer did people use in this Never cooked with beer so no clue I have loved almost all of the recipes that I have tried here so can not wait to try this Do not want a fail because of wrong beer
Very tasty and easy. I would only add that pan frying I recommend the heat on high to get a nice dark caramelization. So, with heat on high, cook on one side for a minute or two, flip and do the same on the other side. Then turn the heat down to medium and cook until the internal temp is about 155F. This mean the burger still gets to 165F since the heat is still permeating even though the flame is off. 165F is said to be 'rare' but I found it to be more medium to done. If I had one issue with the recipe, it would be that it was a little 'meatloafy'. Perhaps cutting back on the bread crumbs a bit would help. However, it was still popular and juicy. I believe the breadcrumbs hold in even more juice than would be if they weren't there.
We found this recipe on all recipes.com two weeks ago, and I have made it three times already. Love the beer and Worcester shire marinade! Very moist, very flavorful. One mix I marinated overnight, and the other two I marinated for two days because we got busy. One batch was made in meatballs, the other patties and the third one Into meatloaf All three are delicious!!
This is the best hamburger ever! Will never go back to my dull hamburgers again.
I made this tonight for memorial Day weekend. My husband raved about it. I did everything per the recipe except no onion salt as I thought the Worstershire sauce added enough salt, which it did. Will use this marinade on steak next. Can't wait!
Not very juicy. And the flavors were definitely missing something, some sort of kick.
We couldn’t eat ‘em. Gave away. Recipients didn’t like ‘em either.
Yep. I would agree. These burgers were super moist and packed full of flavor. I did not tell hubby name of recipe. He says to me “ This is the most juicy Burger you have ever made” Title fits. Hats off for this one.
The best hamburger yet. So juicy and flavorful. We’ll make these again.
it was awesome! I added some thyme and rosemary for personal taste. I will be making this again and again!!!!
Followed the recipes exactly these we very moist and flavorful will definitely share this recipe with others . They did take a little longer to cook before the first flip because they were so moist other than that definitely a keeper
Little flavor. Very mushy patties before cooking. Patties fell apart easily.
I make a good hamburger so I was looking for something to up my game. I did not like this.
burgers were cooked on the grill,, they weren't any better than any other burger. they weren't not juicy. I guess we were expecting more. would not try again.
This is the only recipe I use now!! Everyone loves them thanks so much for sharing.
Was very good, I cut the recipe in half to serve two people. I used half of the cut down recipe seasoning for two I thought it might of be to salty. Still it was juicy and good... Next time I will use full seasoning.
i have made this recipe 3 times, and on the 3rd time i sprinkled montreal seasoning on the burgers before grilling, and what treat!! outstanding!
