  1. HEAT butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add flour; cook, stirring constantly or until bubbly. Add evaporated milk; bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; stir in beer, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  2. LADLE into bowls. Serve with toppings.

This was Delicious!!! It was a big hit with my family!!! The only thing I changed when I made it was, I added more ground beef and more cheese!!! I will be definitely be making this again!!!

I did not like this soup at all. I hate the taste of beer, and it was a little too strong for me. Probably won't be making this again.
