These were easy and a good treat! Everyone loved them. You should only put two tablespoons of the filling in each cup; three wouldn't fit and you'd run out of filling. Read More

I GOT THIS RECIPE ACTUALLY FROM NESTLE AND WANTED TO SEE IF THEY HAD IT ON HERE YET. I MADE THESE FOR WORK THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING AS A SMALL DESSERT. THEY ALMOST DIDN'T MAKE IT CAUSE MY BOYFRIEND ATE HALF THE DOZEN. SINCE I DIDN'T KNOW IF EVERYONE LIKED CHERRIES I MELTED SOME CHOCOLATE AND MADE CUTE DESIGNS ON THE TOP AFTER THEY WERE DONE COOKING. IM GOING TO MAKE MORE TONIGHT FOR THANKSGIVING TOMORROW. THIS IS A GREAT RECIPE, THE CHEESECAKE IS VERY TASTY. Read More

I made these delicious little cheesecakes (minus the cherries because they had to be travel-friendly) for a pot-luck function at the cosmetology school I am attending. I'll tell you what...I thought they were delicious and so did everyone else. I got RAVE reviews!!! Now I'm going to be using the actual recipe as a whole cheesecake for Thanksgiving!!! It's so easy! Very good! I only cooked the cookie part for 7 - 8 minutes because I didn't want it to get too crunchy. Read More

These were excellent!!! Instead of making "cups", I used a small jelly roll pan and made bars. I used the "triple chcocolate decadence" cookie dough (it's the chocolate dough with the white chocolate chips) and the end result reminded me of a cheesecake brownie. I reduced the cook time of the cookie dough to eight minutes. I used reduced fat cream cheese, egg substitute to reduce the calorie/fat content, and I eliminated the cherry pie filling, didn't need the extra calories. I will definitely make these again. Thanks for the great recipe!! Read More

I have brought a lot of different goodies to the weekly staff meetings at work but i think i got the most praise from these! I wanted to make mini cheesecakes so i doubled the cheesecake part to make 48 minis. I bought the tollhouse cookie roll which makes 17 cookies and just pressed a small amount of the dough into each mini muffin liner. It was the perfect amount of cookie. Baked the cookie dough for 7 min. then added the cheesecake topping and baked for 15 more min. I wasn't sure if i would like the cherry topping with the cookie but it was fantastic and enjoyed by all. Read More

These are great! No muss no fuss cutting or serving. We usually opt for the sugar cookie dough bar instead. A good recipe for those of us who like doughy desserts. Read More

Whenever I'm invited somewhere it's always a request that I bring these. I will be making these again for this thanksgiving. Also I do half and half I use sugar cookie dough AND chocolate chip dough. This were great! I gave them away with my other christmas cookies as gifts. I found them rather rich, so I left off the cherry filling on a few. Also had more batter them cookie bottoms so I used vanilla wafers. Read More
