  • Beat concentrate in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed about 30 seconds. Gradually spoon in ice cream; beat until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping until smooth. Freeze until mixture will mound, if necessary.

  • Spoon into crust.

  • Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes or until pie can be cut easily. Garnish with additional whipped topping, lemon slices and fresh mint leaves, if desired. Store leftover pie in freezer.

I have made this recipe with non fat frozen yogurt, and non fat Cool Whip. Also have subsituted limeade for the lemonade. Who knows, I may try frozen pina colada mix or bacardi mix next. ALWAYS A HIT WHEN I SERVE THIS PIE !!! Cha Cha Read More

Great! Always great for family gatherings on hot days. I use only about 1/2 the lemonade and add 1 packet of Crystallight lemonade mix - makes it really lemony and a little thicker for mounding. Have recommended the recipe - and all have enjoyed. Read More
