  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook until set, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet.
  2. Add water, vegetables, soy sauce and bouillon to skillet; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in eggs. Serve immediately.

Very easy but lacks flavor. The secret to fried rice is using day old rice so it doesn't get very sticky or mushy.

It was quick and easy, but the taste just wasn't there. All I could taste were the vegetables.

This was very easy and fast. The flavor and texture did not appeal to me. I will not make this again.
