  1. In a medium bowl, combine bourbon, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Use to baste meat, especially chicken or salmon, while cooking.

This glaze was very tasteles. I used it on chicken tenders and the meat was moist, but had no pazazz.
