As this a good idea, I don't think its a good idea for breakfast, maybe a sweet snack. If you don't heat and pour quickly you will have harden caramel also... I won't make them again, but I will stick to my peanut butter with apples. Its just to sweet for breakfast. Its like having a carmel apple with peanut butter and a crunch... Thanks!
