This was a yummy recipe! I love portobello mushrooms and the tequila gave them a nice zip

This was delicious. But if don't like tequila, then this is not for you. My only change was that I marinated the mushrooms in the sauce for about 30 minutes instead of brushing it on.
Very simple and tasty. I didn't slice the portabello's but grilled them whole. No leftovers!
This recipe keeps your tongue guessing with changes of flavors from a mushroom. I would dial back the tequila and try these as a sandwich vs just a side dish. I didn't have the roasted garlic oil, so I added extra garlic.
