Mimosa Mocktail


The same great brunch drink, but this mimosa mocktail is for kids, too!

  • 1 cup ice, or as needed

  • ½ cup orange juice

  • ¼ cup club soda, or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon white sugar


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice; add orange juice and club soda. Cover and shake until the outside of shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Stir in sugar and serve immediately.
