Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup lightly packed baby spinach leaves

  • 1 (6 ounce) container coconut yogurt

  • ¾ cup oat milk

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Directions

  1. Thaw frozen pineapple chunks for 5 minutes.

  2. Combine pineapple chunks, spinach, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in an electric blender and process until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Cook's Note:

Feel free to increase oat milk depending on the consistency you want.
