Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups fresh spinach leaves

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

  • 1 (10 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  • ½ cup diced cooked shrimp

  • ½ cup diced cooked crabmeat

  • cup sour cream

  • cup mayonnaise

  • cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spinach, cover, and cook until tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Drain in a colander, press to remove remaining moisture, and chop finely.

  2. Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high until warm and soft, about 1 minute.

  3. Remove from the microwave and stir in chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, shrimp, crab, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and cayenne pepper until well combined. Serve warm.

Cook's Note:

Any other seafood will work in place of the shrimp and crab.
