View All Saved Items Rate Print Share Share Tweet Pin Email Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Total Time: 25 mins Servings: 16 Yield: 16 servings Jump to Nutrition Facts Ingredients 1 ½ cups fresh spinach leaves 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 1 (10 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped ½ cup diced cooked shrimp ½ cup diced cooked crabmeat ⅓ cup sour cream ⅓ cup mayonnaise ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pinch cayenne pepper 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste Directions Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spinach, cover, and cook until tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Drain in a colander, press to remove remaining moisture, and chop finely. Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high until warm and soft, about 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir in chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, shrimp, crab, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and cayenne pepper until well combined. Serve warm. Cook's Note: Any other seafood will work in place of the shrimp and crab.
