This was awesome!! Doubled the recipe and used a bag of coleslaw cabbage I purchased for another purpose but had to do a holiday pivot. If needed to get used up before went bad but using it made this recipe that much easier. I also omitted the furikake seasoning because I didn’t have but it wasn’t noticeably missed. This was a crazy easy, quick and delicious weeknight meal! Will make again! Thank you!
Great flavor, however if you are planning on the everything seasoning, I'd recommend using the everything seasoning minus the salt from Trader Joe's or wherever you can find it. I used less the 1/3 of what is recommended and it was sodium overload And I love salt! Aside from this, very good.
