Place tomatoes in an air fryer basket and in the air fryer. Set to the dehydrate setting at 190 degrees F (88 degrees C) and cook until dried, about 3 hours, gently shaking the bowl each hour to keep tomatoes from sticking. Cook's Notes: This recipe requires an air fryer or air fryer oven with a dehydrate setting. You can use heirloom or Roma tomatoes. If using Romas, slice them lengthwise into 8 pieces.
