Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package silken tofu

  • 1 cup 2% milk

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 teaspoon green tea powder (matcha)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine tofu, milk, banana, matcha powder, and vanilla in a blender. Process until smooth and well combined.

Cook's Note:

You can add one raw egg if desired. Use whole milk or substitute non-dairy if desired.
