View All Saved Items Rate Print Share Share Tweet Pin Email Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins Total Time: 1 hrs 5 mins Servings: 10 Yield: 1 2-quart casserole Jump to Nutrition Facts Ingredients butter-flavored cooking spray 3 tablespoons butter 1 medium onion, chopped 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 2 large eggs 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice ½ teaspoon seasoned salt ½ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add onions and saute until translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. Add spinach, condensed soup, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper to the onions; stir to combine. Pour mixture into the prepared casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over top and dot with remaining butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cook's Notes: You can use broccoli instead of spinach. I make this the day before and refrigerated overnight, adding bread crumbs and butter just before baking. I don't normally use garlic salt or seasoned salt because I think the other ingredients have enough salt in them for us.
